Shipping Policy

Free Worldwide Shipping! 

Original Paintings and Limited Edition Prints are shipped from the Netherlands between 3 – 10 business days after receiving payment. If you have a preference as to shipping method, let me know and I will be happy to accommodate it. I will make sure the artwork is carefully wrapped and packed to prevent any damages. When your order has shipped, you will receive a notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status (if available). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact me with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you. 

Prints, Tapestries and Other Items It takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. I work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

International buyers please note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to find out what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Return Policy

I don’t offer exchanges or returns, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let me know by contacting info@ac-avenue.com.

Refunds

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at info@ac-avenue.com with photos of wrong/damaged items, and I’ll sort that out for you.
